Fumigo is a disposable personal vapor filter intended for use with vaping devices. Products are sold for personal use only. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order applies.
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. Until that point, no agreement exists.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or payment failure. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

Fumigo products are designed for use with vaping devices as described. We are not liable for misuse, damage resulting from improper use, or indirect losses.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.

If you have a complaint, please contact us at hello@fumigo.eu. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the relevant consumer authority in your country.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Breda, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
