Email hello@fumigo.eu with your order number and reason for return.

We'll confirm your return and provide shipping instructions.

Refund within 5 business days
Once we receive your return, we process the refund via your original payment method.
Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt
- The product does not need to be unopened — if it doesn't work, it doesn't work
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective
- For defective or incorrectly delivered products, we cover return shipping costs in full
Statutory right of withdrawal
Under European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This applies to unused products in original packaging.
